Exchange
After you personally receive the items or the person assigned by you receives it, you can exchange the item without any given reason within 7 days.
Certain conditions applies to this policy:

  • Protective packaging should not be removed when returning the package so the package can arrive to the headquarter safely.
  • Shipping fees will be deducted from the total amount in balance
  • After informing us of exchange request the items should be picked up from the delivery company within 5 days
  • Availability of a proof of purchase
  • Items in perfect conditions (unused)
  • Original packaging is used
  • Each purchase can be exchanged once
After receiving your items in exchanges, the quality control agent will proceed with your request in 9 to 14 business days.

Refunds
Customer centricity comes within our DNA, therefore we make sure our luxuries exceeds your expectations when you receive them without any inconvenient surprises.
Therefore, we do not refund money but in case of any shipping damages occurred to your items, we exchange or repair your order with all shipping rates pre-paid by us.
We also have options of providing yearly coupons or gifts coupon with the selected balance.

If your returns do not meet the conditions above, we have the right to refuse the exchange or repair.
Sales items are exchangeable, but the client will have to cover all shipping expenses.
